Galileo's Wallet Management Service

Galileo's Wallet Management Service is designed to simplify the blockchain experience for newcomers. This addon and optional service ensures seamless listing of items on the blockchain and our marketplace, as well as effortless management of product details. However, if the seller prefers to use their own crypto wallet associated with the seller account, we don't have any setup fees, and this service will not be applicable. At any point, if a seller wishes to use their own wallet address, Galileo seamlessly accommodates this transition.

How it Works?

  1. Account Setup and Wallet Management: Galileo creates a seller account and manages only the crypto wallet on behalf of the brand.

  2. Marketplace Access: Sellers receive login credentials to access the marketplace.

  3. Product Details Upload: Sellers add product details, which are stored as drafts until ready for listing.

  4. Listing Service: Sellers contact Galileo to initiate the listing service. Once completed, the item becomes available for sale in the marketplace.

  5. Order Management: Sellers receive details of incoming orders, fulfill the orders, update the order status, and mark orders as delivered.

  6. Payment Withdrawal: Galileo facilitates payment withdrawal every 30 days. Payments can be sent to the seller via cryptocurrency or bank transfer (3-5% chargeable).

  7. Processing Returns & Refunds: In case of return requests, the seller manages communication with the buyer, while Galileo updates the resolution outcome.

  8. Communication Channel: All communications between the seller and Galileo Protocol, regarding the Wallet Management Service, will be via email to hello@galileoprotocol.io

Associated charges

  1. Account maintenance charges - Free for first month, 15$ per month for next 3 months, 50$ per month later on

  2. Product listing / updating charges - Free for 10 products, 2$ per product for next 20 items. 5$ per product thereafter

Opting out and payment mode

  1. At any time, sellers may choose to assume control of their account wallet. In this scenario, the seller must furnish a new crypto wallet to which all permissions will be transferred. This enables the seller to continue listing items and withdrawing amounts from escrow.

  2. Galileo should be informed 1 month prior to discontinue this service via email to hello@galileoprotocol.io

  3. Currently, the subscription payment method is available on a quarterly basis only, which can be paid via crypto or bank transfer to Galileo Protocol.

  4. The product listing/updated charges will be collected from the sellers before the update is performed.
