Escrow and payments

The funds arising from a successful purchase transaction will be placed in escrow for a duration of 14 days, during which they shall be inaccessible for withdrawal by the sellers. These locked funds encompass the purchase amount, referral fee for Galileo marketplace, tax, and shipping charges collected.

By selling on Galileo Marketplace you agree to below conditions

1. In case of return requests, the amount in escrow against that particular order will be locked. And the seller will act promptly and initiate the refund amount transfer from the escrow after communicating with the buyer about returning of the product or any other measures. 2. In case the seller has any outstanding payments, Galileo has the authority to deduct the amount held in escrow

3. In situations where the return/refund or any dispute between the buyer and seller remains unresolved and Galileo intervenes, Galileo reserves the authority to withdraw funds from the escrow associated with that specific order and refund the buyer.
