Taxes
Aside from the limited circumstances set out below, you are responsible for collecting and paying any taxes associated with using and making sales through Galileo marketplace.
To ensure compliance with applicable tax laws in the EU region, Galileo Marketplace will calculate, collect, and transfer to sellers the value-added tax (VAT) for orders delivered to customers residing in EU locations.
When Galileo Marketplace is mandated to collect sales tax/VAT on your behalf, it will utilize the category assigned to each listing to calculate, collect, and deposit the relevant taxes to sellers. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all your listings are accurately categorized, and you agree to indemnify Galileo for any losses incurred due to any misclassification of your listings by you.
It is the sellers responsibility to file the taxes collected by the Galileo Marketplace
